Kirksville woman who hit cyclist to be imprisoned

According to a KTVO article, a Kirksville woman who pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an auto-bicycle accident in January, has violated her probation and will likely be sent to prison.

The bicyclist in the accident had a broken leg. The motorist was caught by police on May 17th drinking and driving and driving without a license, both violations of the terms of her probation. The court documents also allege that she has not been attending anger management classes, as required by her probation.
