About this ride

The DAM J.A.M. Bicycle Tour is a one-day, fully supported cycling event in the heart of Oklahoma’s Green Country. The route travels through the foothills of the Ozark Mountains in Mayes and Delaware Counties, offering rolling terrain, lush countryside, and smooth, well-paved rural roads with plenty of shade. With more than 2,500 miles of nearby lake shoreline, the scenery is a highlight from start to finish.

Riders may choose from 33, 55, 73, or 105 miles, making this event welcoming for a wide range of abilities. DAM J.A.M. is known for festive rest stops, excellent on-route support, and a friendly atmosphere that has kept riders coming back for 35 years.

All riders can enjoy pre-ride snacks and a free lunch and beer (21+) at the after-party. In 2025, more than 350 riders from over 10 states participated, and 100% of surveyed riders said they would recommend the DAM J.A.M. Bicycle Tour to a friend.

Join us September 12, 2025, with an 8:00 a.m. send-off, and be part of this long-standing Oklahoma cycling tradition.
