Major Taylor Flaming Sprokets radio interview
Kenneth Taylor, founder of the Major Taylor Flaming Sprokets Cycling Troop, was recently interviewed on Kansas City public radio station KCUR:
St. Louis's Point to Point Cycling News also had a story about the Flaming Sprokets in their most recent issue.
Major Taylor Flaming Sprokets, are a group of African American cyclists in the urban core of Kansas City.You can hear the radio interview, in Windows Media or MP3 format, on the KCUR web site.
Kenneth Walker become active in the cycling community the last few years and leads the troop of generally ten riders through different corners and roads of Kansas City. To his knowledge such a group has not existed in Kansas City in his lifetime.
