According to the KCStar:
Kansas Citians believe speeding vehicles are the top crime problem facing their neighborhoods, according to survey results released Tuesday. This isn't just in Kansas City, either--speeding is the number one citizen complaint to cities and police departments in many cities across the country.
Burglary ranked second and violent crime third.
At the bottom of the list: hate crimes, abandoned cars and graffiti.
