Tour of Missouri Route Map--Press Conference Feb 8th in KC

A press conference has been planned for Thursday, Feb 8th, 2PM, to announce the Tour of Missouri's new logo and the route outline--the start and end cities for each day's racing.
MoBikeFed received a special early "sneak preview" of the route that will be announced--see it here (PDF format).
The public is invited and you're going to want to be there!
The speakers include:
* State of Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder
* Dan Schmatz, elite, professional cyclist from Missouri
* Kevin Livingston, former pro cyclist and two-time member of Lance Armstrong's Tour de France winning teams (originally from St. Louis)
* Jim Birrell, race director, Medalist Sports, the nation's top cycling event managers
* Civic leaders from each of the selected cities.

The Tour of Missouri is patterned after the famous Tour de France of point-to-point, or stage racing. In its first year, the Tour will join the elite ranks of the Tour of California and Tour de Georgia, both top international, domestic cycling events.
