St. Louis and Kansas City drivers among country's worst
According to a
St. Louis Post-Dispatch article by Elisa Crouch:

St. Louis drivers have fared badly before. But once again, we land on a worst drivers list.
Our rolling stops, red light running and failure to yield get us in trouble when it comes to these rankings.
This time, it's this month's issue of Men's Health that gave us an F. The magazine looked at the rate of fatal crashes, deaths caused by speeding and crash frequency. Out of 100 cities, we were No. 99. Only Columbia, S.C., was worse. Kansas City ranked 95. Drivers there also received an F.
