Landmark Columbia bicyclist harassment law in the news
The new Columbia bicyclist harassment ordinance has been in the news all over Missouri and across the region--including articles in the Maneater, and Kansas City Star column, the Columbia Missourian (and again), a long article (and lots of comments) in the KCStar, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, KRCG, Bicycle Retailer, the SEMissourian, UPI, and lots of others.
