I release the MoBikeFed from any claims and demands arising out of the use of the photographs.  This release also covers legal representatives and any licensees of these photographs.  I understand that photographs will be copyrighted in the name of the MoBikeFed and may be used in conjunction with other photographs, in publications, as part of a composite, or in any form whatsoever.
Files of type GIF, JPG, and PNG are accepted.

For many potential uses of your winning photograph, we need signed model releases from all identifiable people in the photograph. For minors, the release must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
In choosing winners, preference will be given to photos for which you have submitted signed photo release forms (if the photo has any identifiable people in it--people with faces turned to the rear or faces too small to clearly identify are fine and don't need photo releases).
