Submitted by Brent Hugh on Wed, 03/28/2012 - 10:56am
Ozark Greenways and the Healthly Living Alliance present an evening with author Joe Kurmaskie, The Metal Cowboy.
Thursday, April 19, 7:00p.m., City Utilities Auditorium, 301 E. Central, Springfield, Missouri.
The event is free and open to the public.
Likened to a modern day Mark Twain on wheels, Mr. Kurmaskie is a national biking advocate from
Portland, a storyteller, a satirical performer and bestselling author of seven books about cycling.
He’s also under contract with the Discovery Channel for an upcoming biking adventure series.
Be the first to hear about an exciting new initiative of Ozark Greenways - announced that night!
Happy Hour with Joe
Friday, April 20, 5:00-7:00pm
Springfield Brewing Company
Come talk cycling and bicycle advocacy.
