Community leaders and residents of Springfield has been working for many years to create safe roadways for all users, whether on foot, bicycle, bus or car. These efforts have included Springfield’s Field Guide 2030, a strategic plan that outlines the direction the community will take in order to meet the demands of the 21st century, including making streets and neighborhoods more vibrant and accessible for all users.
