'Rash' of bicycle thefts strike Missouri State campus

Across the Missouri State University campus, at least 25 bicycles have been reported missing since early September. . . .

Students have repeatedly gone to retrieve a parked bike only to find it gone. Often, no trace is left. On occasion, the student finds evidence of a theft — including severed cables, chains or padlocks discarded nearby.
