MoBikeFed comment: St. Louis might be the last major midwestern city to adopt bike share. It's good to see the effort moving forward, regardless of the timing, however! Some in St. Louis are pushing for the city to adopt a bike sharing program.
The push comes as many other cities have adopted such a program, which entails someone checking out a bike from a bike station using a credit card, riding it to their destination, and returning it. St. Louis has no such program currently, but some believe bringing it town would be a great asset.
