As residents of Kendricktown attempt to repair and restore their homes that were damaged by post-holiday flooding, another group is eager to get busy clearing up the debris that was carried into the nearby Walnut Bottoms Trail.
Brady Beckham, a member of the Walnut Bottoms Trail board, said a cleanup day has been scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. next Sunday. The group seeks volunteers to assist in the effort to restore the nature trail to its original condition.
