About the Rock Island Trail in MO
The Rock Island Trail is a planned "rails-to-trails" trail which will stretch over 200 miles across the state of Missouri. It will intersect the Katy Trail on both the western and eastern sides of the state, forming a 450 mile loop.
Construction is underway on the western end, which will connect Windsor to Kansas City's southeastern suburbs.
