Engineers will submit final plans for the section of the Spirit Trail between Warrensburg and Knob Noster State Park to the Missouri Department of Transportation for review.
“We’d like to make the changes and have the plans submitted by July 15 with contract documents and probable costs,” project manager Jerany Jackson, with Great Rivers Engineering, said Wednesday.
The Spirit Trail Coalition will then seek project bids.
