MoBikeFed comment: This is the first map we know of that shows the planned route of the Rock Island Railroad through Pleasant Hill, Chilhowee, Leeton, Windsor, Cole Camp, Eldon, Versailles, Meta, and Belle. The planned line goes just south of Owensville, Gerald, and Union, where the actual Rock Island line was placed about 50 years later.
