The founder of a popular St. Louis development blog is moving to Cincinnati, but said he will remain a minority owner of nextSTL.com.

Alex Ihnen launched the blog in 2008 and since then has gained over 20,000 followers on social media and added a number of regular contributors to the site. Ihnen runs the blog in addition to his day job as executive director of the Dutchtown South Community Development Corporation.
