****** Missouri State Parks Schedule

Missouri State Parks will be hosting a series of events in July at several locations along the historic route, including:

• Big Lake State Park, Sunday, July 17

• General John J. Pershing Boyhood Home State Historic Site, Tuesday, July 19

• Monroe City, Thursday, July 21

• Missouri History Museum, Forest Park, Sunday July 24

Each event will provide educational exhibits that highlight individual members of the Bicycle Corps, document their experiences along the route, and display the Buffalo Soldiers uniform and a replica of the bicycles they rode. Live music, food, and family-friendly activities will also be included, and commemorative souvenirs will be available as giveaways and for purchase.
