MSSDAR Hike & Bike for Fisher House
Hike or bike Missouri’s historic Katy Trail in support of our active military members, veterans and their families! On Saturday, Sept. 21, the Missouri State Society Daughters of the American Revolution (MSSDAR) hosts Hike?Bike for Healing, a charity hike and bike ride on Missouri’s Katy Trail, to benefit the construction of additional Missouri Fisher Houses. The Fisher House Foundation is an organization that builds comfort homes for military and veteran families to stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. All funds raised through Hike?Bike 2019 will stay in Missouri.
Event registration is $35 per person. Register at bit.ly/HikeBikeRegistration or visit the Facebook page. Participants can enter and exit at four designated points along the Katy Trail: Augusta, North Jefferson, Rocheport and Sedalia. All registered walkers and riders will receive a T-shirt and swag bag and are also eligible to purchase a commemorative jersey.
Can't attend the event, but want to support our cause? Make a check payable to MSSDAR and mail to:
