Tour de Lakes 2014
Tour de Lakes 13th annual Tom Logan Memorial bike ride will take place Saturday, June 28, 2014. It all starts at the Longview Recreation Center located at View High and Third Street, Lee’s Summit, MO near NE Longview. The ride starts at 7:00 A.M. rain or shine. The route will be marked and maps are available online and at registration. There is a 10 mile ride around Longview Lake, a 32* and 55* mile ride including Longview, Raintree and Lakewood Lakes, or a 65* mile ride touring those plus Blue Springs Lake and Lake Jacomo (* mileage and routes subject to change).
Tour de Lakes is a fully supported ride. The cost of the ride is $25 ($20 for riders under 13) if registered by June 27, and $30 ($25 for riders under 13) the day of the ride.
Each rider must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Everyone must wear an approved bicycle helmet during the ride and have a waiver form signed before the ride.
Proceeds from Tour de Lakes will benefit the Legacy for Parks Foundation.
