St. Louis-area McKinley Bridge, including bike/ped lanes, may re-open in 2005

A new funding solution for the McKinley Bridge over the Mississippi River may allow it to re-open as soon as 2005. The bridge, when opened, will have a lane in each direction solely for bicyclists and pedestrians.
