Ghost bike project on Fox2 News
The Ghost Bike project--using white bikes to mark places where bicyclists have been hit by cars--was covered by St. Louis's Fox 2 News. Bill Howells talks about the recent incident in which he was hit by a car. Bob Foster, MoBikeFed past chair, talks about the need for stronger enforcement and prosecution, which is one of the thrusts of MoBikeFed's proposed Highway Safety Legislation.
