The January 2004 Wheels & Heels from MoDOT Bike/Ped Coordinator Caryn Giarratano has been posted. Highlights:
  • MoDOT has spent $70 million in Transportation Enhancement (TE) funds on bike/ped projects over the past 6 years. That is 73% of all TE funds spent.
  • A long list of recent bike/ped projects on MoDOT roads in all areas of Missouri
  • Safe Routes to Schools up for a vote next week in the US Senate
  • Connecting Communities Through Better Design, March 18-20 in Overland Park, KS
