The January 2004 Wheels & Heels from MoDOT Bike/Ped Coordinator Caryn Giarratano has been posted. Highlights:
- MoDOT has spent $70 million in Transportation Enhancement (TE) funds on bike/ped projects over the past 6 years. That is 73% of all TE funds spent.
