Just in time for Bike to Work Week, it turns out that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is a die-hard bicycle commuter whose Volvo sits rusting in his yard, unused. His bicycling even figured in a nefarious plot, fortunately never brought to fruition, to "bork" Breyer during his Supreme Court confirmation hearing . . .
