MU employee arrested for hitting bicyclist

According to an MU Maneater story:
An MU employee was arrested Saturday morning after Boone County Sheriff’s deputies said he intentionally hit a 12-year-old boy with his vehicle.
The victim was riding his bike and singing a rap song to himself when Blake Leigan, 20, yelled from his vehicle, “What did you say to me?” and began following the victim, said Sgt. Tom O’Sullivan.
The victim did not respond and continued to ride down Santa Anna Drive. Leigan followed the victim and continued to yell from his white Toyota pickup truck, O’Sullivan said.
Leigan then revved the engine of his truck and hit the bike’s rear tire, causing the boy to fall off, O’Sullivan said.
