Along with the normal collection of walkers, runners and bikers, Washington’s riverfront trail also featured a tram Thursday night.
Parks and Recreation Director Darren Dunkle and members of the park board piled on to the tram to get reacquainted with the area. Last month the board was asked by City Administrator Jim Briggs to put together recommendations for acceptable and unacceptable changes to the trail during the construction of the Highway 47 bridge.
