26 MAR 06: Congressional Bike Caucus--more MO members needed

St. Louis Regional Bicycle Federation is working to get all area congressional representatives on the Congressional Bike Caucus.
The only member of Congress in the St. Louis region who is not a Bike Caucus members is Todd Akin.
If you live in Congressman Todd Akin's District (which includes Ballwin, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Ellisville, Eureka, Florissant, Hazelwood, Kirkwood, Manchester, Maryland Heights, Olivette, St. Charles, St. Louis County, St. Peters, Town & Country, and Wildwood) please email or call and ask him to:
As for the rest of Missouri--the outlook is pretty bleak. Rep. Kenny Hulshof, who represents the Columbia area, is a Bike Caucus member. Russ Carnahan of St. Louis is a member. No other MO representatives or senators are.
