MO Share The Road tags a possibility

Share the road license plates for Missouri?
Several states have "Share the Road" license plates. They raise money for and awareness of bicycle and pedestrian safety. To make this happen in Missouri we need to raise $5000 and get 200 people committed to buy the plates by June 30th.
