MO's first statewide bicycle/pedestrian plan released

The final version of Missouri's TrailMap for bicycle and pedestrian transportation [PDF file] (or download from the MoBikeFed website) has been released by MoDOT.

The TrailMap is the first-ever comprehensive statewide plan for moving bicycle and pedestrian transportation forward. It covers all aspects of bicycle and pedestrian transportation, including safety, education, better planning and design, enforcement, data collection, and more.

MoBikefed board members as well as representatives from other bicycle and pedestrian groups and representatives from MoDOT, law enforcement, and other agencies have been involved in creating the TrailMap.
