Lee's Summit officially supports Katy Trail connection to Kansas City

The Lee's Summit City Council has passed a resolution of support for the Katy Trail Connection to Kansas City.
The City of Raytown and the Missouri Park and Recreational Association have also recently thrown their support behind the idea.
The City of Kansas City and the Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department are set to consider resolutions in favor in the near future.
This page has the complete list of cities, counties, agencies, organizations, and officials who have given support to the idea of the Complete Katy Trail and also has sample resolutions and letters of support for organizations wishing to join the list.
Over 4000 citizens supporters have emailed, called, or sent letters and postards in support of the C0mplete Katy Trail.
