Springfield family planning coast-to-coast bike trip

Ozarks First is reporting on a Springfield family planning a coast-to-coast bicycle trip:

Imagine traveling more than four thousand miles on a bike. That sounds tough enough, but then, factor in two small children who will also be along for the ride.

The Murr's of Springfield say they realize the first thing people think when they hear what they're trying to do is, they're crazy. But they say their goal is to spend time together as a family, and promote environmental awareness. And what better way to do it, than with a very long bike ride.
