Biking or walking to work is a great way to have a clean, green, inexpensive commute and work out at the same time.
Following are some tips that will help you enjoy biking to work more.
-Always wear a helmet. Your Helmet should be worn level and snug.
-Drive on the Right. Always bike with traffic.
-Obey All Traffic Laws. Stop at stop signs and lights and obey one-way streets.
-Look, signal & Yield Before Turns. It is now legal to signal a right turn with your right arm.
-Ride in a Predictable Manner. Ride in a straight line. Don’t swerve between parked cars.
-Use Head & Tail Lights at Night. Headlights are required by Kansas and Missouri law.
-Yield to Pedestrians. Pedestrians have the right of way.
