Brewer Science supports the Tour of Missouri

Loretta Wallis of Brewer Science in Rolla sent this ringing endorsement of the Tour of Missouri:

On behalf of the global community of more than 260 Brewer Science employees I would like to ask that the State of Missouri provide financial support to the 2010 Tour of Missouri.  As an international business, located in Rolla, MO we have found that the media associated with the TOM captures the essence of Missouri by sharing our identity in their media coverage.  The media has opened the eyes of the world to the many opportunities found in Missouri for recreation, enterprise, education, and cultural events.  

In addition, as active financial supporters, as well as volunteers in, both the 2008 and 2009 Tour of Missouri we have talked with people from many parts of the world that have visited our state as a result of this international event contributing to the economic health of our state. 

We believe that this opportunity to welcome the international community to Missouri is of high value to our state and we encourage you to take this into consideration as you are working on the final details of the state budget.
