International Walk to School Day October 6, 2010

Walk to School Day
Schools and organizations around Missouri have special events planned for Wednesday and throughout the month of October, which is International Walk to School Month.
MoBikeFed has posted simple instructions and a timeline for creating your own walk to school event (and it's not too late to plan an event for later in October or start thinking about Walk to School Day 2011).
Governor Nixon officially declared Walk to School month this year--here is the official proclamation (download proclamation):
