Alliance Winning Campaigns Training coming to Iowa

The Alliance for Biking and Walking Winning Campaigns Training is coming to Davenport, Iowa April 1-3, 2011.

If you want to learn how to change your neighborhood, your community, your city, or our state to make it a better, safer place to walk and bicycle, I can't recommend the training highly enough. 

It's very inexpensive and, in Iowa, as close as its ever been for us in Missouri.

A powerful campaign to increase biking and walking takes time, research and plenty of knowledge about grassroots organizing. Unfortunately, there aren't any shortcuts in transforming your community. But there is one way to get your campaign on the fast track to victory. 

The Alliance for Biking & Walking created its Winning Campaigns Training to give both novice and veteran bicycle and pedestrian advocates the skills, strategies and advice they need to kickstart and turbocharge campaigns to improve biking and walking.
