City leaders are searching for solutions after another person was hit by a car in the city Tuesday night.

The concern comes after 42-year-old Elijah Brooks was hit and killed while crossing the street near the intersection of Natural Bridge and Goodfellow. The driver sped away from the scene. Brooks was the second person hit by a car in north St. Louis in a one week span.
