Kyle Frakes teaches bicycle safety and helps lead the Kansas City Metro Bike Club.

"Cyclists, just like cars, have a right to be on the road, and they have to act like cars and obey traffic laws as well,” said Frakes.

Frakes says he’s especially more cautious at night, since it’s considerably more dangerous.
