The man accused of drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident, critically injuring a bicyclist, bonded out of jail on Thursday. Jeffrey Maloney is required to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet.

Nearly two weeks after the accident, Kevin Fisher remains in intensive care. Family members say this is the second time Kevin has been hit by a drunken driver.

Kevin and his family were in a wreck with a drunken driver in 1977. His father was instantly killed. Now, he sits in ICU in critical but stable condition after police say Jeffrey Maloney hit him while driving with a blood alcohol level of nearly three times the legal limit.

"It was like deja vu all over again, and all I could do was think, I can't lose both of them," says Susan Fisher, Kevin's mother.
