The MTNF has recently finalized a strategic plan to guide the units focus for the next five years. This position has an instrumental role for implementing this plan, especially covering the engagement, collaboration, technology, and restorationcomponents.

This position is a member of the Forest leadership Team. . . .

This position is unique as it serves as a member of the Forest Leadership Team to formulate plans, policies, and objectives for the Forest. The position is also responsible for the quality, quantity, and coordination of all work performed in the various program expenditures are legal, meet congressional
intent, and remain within budget limits. The person in this position supervises the Information Management, Recreation Management, Heritage Management, Tribal Liaison, and Forest/NEPA Planning programs.
