Tour of Kansas City - Rides, Races, Run, Festival

DateTime:
05/29/2015 - 7:00am - 05/31/2015 - 8:00pm

The Tour of KC is a three-day cycling festival celebrating health, fitness, and the City of Kansas City while promoting the cycling culture. With opportunities for every level of bicycle enthusiast, from the novice rider to the professional racer, there is something for everyone.

  • Gran Fondo - Monday, May 25th (Memorial Day)
  • Races, rides, run, festival - Friday-Sunday, May 29-31

Cyclists can participate in non-competitive events including the region’s first Gran Fondo and a Fun Ride visiting Kansas City’s iconic landmarks. Those looking for something a little more thrilling can take part in any, or all, of the weekend’s race events. Kids can join in the action on the rides or take part in the free Kids Bike Races.

Spectators and participants will enjoy a weekend full of fun, fast racing, and various festival activities.

The Tour of Kansas City raises funds for the Missouri Bicycle and Pedestrian Federation and the Missouri Bicycle Foundation. Proceeds from the event are used to fund advocacy efforts for better bicycling and pedestrian conditions throughout Missouri.

This event benefits our Foundation for Bicycling and Walking and helps support our statewide advocacy work in support of bicycling.
