Missouri recreational trails a model

A study commissioned by an Iowa governor candidate, designed to highlight ways for rural areas of Iowa to economically revitalize themselves, highlighted recreational opportunities like lakes and recreational bicycle trails. Missouri was used as a positive example. There is little doubt that trails like Missouri's Katy Trail have a very positive effect on rural economies. Read more in Rochester, MN, AgriNews.
