Learn about applying for Recreational Trails grants
There are two upcoming workshops where you can learn about applying to the Recreational Trails Program for trail projects and trail-related programs in your community. The application deadline is June 13th.
St. Louis, May 3rd, 11:00 a.m. - Noon
East-West Gateway Council of Governments, One Memorial Drive, Suite 1600, St. Louis, Mo.
Kansas City, May 10th, 11:00 a.m. - Noon
Mid-America Regional Council, 600 Broadway, Suite 300, Kansas City, Mo.
The Recreational Trails Program is an annual commeptive grant program administered by Missouri State Parks. Eligible projects include construction of new trails, renovation/restoration of existing trails, and educational programming that supports the use of trails.
