A Prairie Village man was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison for killing a Kansas City bicyclist while fleeing police.This incident has previously been covered on MoBikeFed News [1, 2, 3].
The July 10, 2003, death of Toni Sena, 46, prompted Kansas City police to change their pursuit policy last year.
