Man who killed Kansas City bicyclist in police chase gets 25 years

According to a KCStar story:
A Prairie Village man was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison for killing a Kansas City bicyclist while fleeing police.

The July 10, 2003, death of Toni Sena, 46, prompted Kansas City police to change their pursuit policy last year.
This incident has previously been covered on MoBikeFed News [1, 2, 3].

Questions raised by a group of concerned Kansas Citians after Sena's death led to constructive changes in Kansas City, Missouri's, police pursuit policy.
