Windsor, MO, negotiating with Ameren for Katy Connection

Windsor, MO, is in negotiations with Ameren to use a short section of the Rock Island corridor for a trail connecting a city park within Windsor to the nearby Katy Trail. This is a good first step in the negotiations for the adjacent portion of the corridor, which would connect to Kansas City.

When you contact Ameren to ask them to allow the Rock Island corridor to be used to connect the Katy to Kansas City (two minute advocacy action . . . ), you might also ask them to negotiate in good faith with Windsor as well.
