Missouri Bicycle Foundation Receives $15,000 Challenge Grant

A private foundation has issued a $15,000 challenge to supporters of bicycling and walking in Missouri.

The Challenge Grant will match donations to the Missouri Bicycle Foundation's Sustaining Donor Campaign dollar for dollar--from individuals, clubs, businesses, or other groups.

"It doubles the power of any gift you make to the Foundation during this period," says Missouri Bicycle Foundation Executive Director Brent Hugh. "It allows to raise the amount needed to continue and accelerate the exciting progress we have been seeing over the past couple of years. This is the next step in creating an organization that will be here for the long haul to make a real difference for bicyclists across Missouri."

To take advantage of this opportunity to double your gift, your donation must be received by January 31st, 2007.
