Pedicap drivers nab criminal

The officers hopped into a pedicab - a two-seat tricycle powered by a cyclist - and pressed driver Ben Matthews into action. Fellow pedicab driver Will Vaughan spotted Matthews as he crossed Castle Green, a park in the center of town, and pedaled over to help.

"Soon Ben and I were closing the gap on the bad guys, I took the lead with Ben pulling the officers," Vaughan wrote in his blog.

"The next few minutes were a blur of (fluorescent) jackets, sweaty riders and panicking criminals but as (I'm) sure you can guess we got our man," he wrote.
