The PedNet Coalition hires three new staffers

The Columbia Tribune reports that the PedNet Coalition has hired three new staffers.

The PedNet Coalition has announced the following new positions: Sam Robinson has been named director of healthy community initiatives. He will oversee PedNet’s many health-related programs, including Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities. Tia Felts has been hired as the Safe Routes to School coordinator. She will run the Walking School Bus program and manage all projects related to the National Safe Routes to School Program. Verna Harris-LaBoy will serve as the community engagement coordinator to help promote PedNet’s program in underserved neighborhoods.
