The young Senator Claire McCaskill on a tandem bike:

Today Senator McCaskill introduced a $35 billion proposal to fund roads, bridges, and transportation infrastructure.

The big question is, does her proposal allow the funding to be used to build the bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure that must go along with those roads and bridges if we are to build healthy communities that allow people to bicycle and walk when and where they want?
