Missouri bike/ped news roundup: Anti-texting, Kirksville sidewalks, KC mountain biking, STL bike parking, and more . . .

I've been doing Missouri Bicycle & Pedestrian News long enough to remember the time, not that long ago, when we didn't have this much Missouri bike/ped news in six months, let alone in a single week.  Here are some of the recent news highlights:
