Proposed changes to the portion of Page Boulevard between Goodfellow Boulevard and Union Avenue in north St. Louis include reducing the road to one lane in each direction with a center turn lane and adding bike lanes.

The addition of bike lanes would connect the newly re-striped bike lanes on Union with the shared bike/vehicle lane on Goodfellow
